Job Description
- Handling our Social media channels
- Managing all the engagement on the assigned social media platforms
- Respond to messages and comments
- Handling customers and after sale service
- Coordinate between orders and shipments
Job Requirements
- BS degree
- 1-3 work experience in social media moderation
- Very Good English
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, particularly MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- Preferably resident near Haram
- Working hours from 11 AM to 7 PM
