Job Description
- Managing the smooth running of the production process with all its details.
- Overseeing quality control throughout the production process.
- Ensuring that production is completed before deadlines.
- Procuring and monitoring the efficiency of production equipment.
- Liaising and coordinating production with other departments.
- Resolving labor disputes, where requested.
- Preparing and following up the monthly and weekly download plans for all parts of the factory.
- Managing production engineers in following up on the implementation of the weekly and monthly plans for production.
- Responsibility for implementing and following up all production plans and various projects in the factory until their final delivery on time accurately.
- Responsibility for managing the overall quality of the product, setting production quality rules, and for achieving quality according to the required standards.
- Developing a program to implement quality systems for planning and production in the institution. Submit weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to the Executive Director and General Manager.
- Training the personnel workers in the wood production department on their work and transferring his experience to them Communicate with department managers to define the business strategy and required goals.
Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in production management in furniture factories and wooden projects.
- Experience in managing work teams and in the technical details of manufacturing furniture of all kinds.
- Experience in all kinds of woodworking machines.
- Experience in all stages of producing modern furniture and all its related items (Oima, upholstery, and modern paints.
