Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
  • Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and plan workforce development.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
  • Experience with HRIS and other HR management systems.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
