Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management practices and maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and performance improvement plans.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Maintain HR records and prepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, retention, and employee satisfaction.
- Collaborate with department managers to forecast staffing needs and plan workforce development.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Experience with HRIS and other HR management systems.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
