Job Description
- Acting as a first point of contact to the Managing Director: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
- Assist the Managing Director in his business & Personal tasks.
- Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the MD.
- Office Management.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Organizing events and conferences
- Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines
- Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
- Managing databases and filing systems
- Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
- liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
- Collating and filing expenses
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related Field & must be a graduate from a Reputable University.
- Fluent English Speaker is a Must.
