Job Description

  • Acting as a first point of contact to the Managing Director: dealing with correspondence and phone calls.
  • Assist the Managing Director in his business & Personal tasks.
  • Managing diaries and organizing meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the MD.
  • Office Management.
  • Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
  • Organizing events and conferences
  • Reminding the MD of important tasks and deadlines
  • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence
  • Managing databases and filing systems
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • liaising with staff, suppliers and clients
  • Collating and filing expenses

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or any related Field & must be a graduate from a Reputable University.
  • Fluent English Speaker is a Must.
