Job Description
Main Duties:
- To provide management oversight for all phases of the construction project
- Submit progress reports to superior forecast any deviation in project budget, monitor project schedule plans and critical; manage to forecast change/variation orders.
- Develops a cost-effective plan and schedule for completion of project
- Selects and coordinates work of subcontractors working on various phases of the project,
- Ensure main contract and building specification are implemented and executed to meet highest standard of quality.
- Oversees performance of all sub-contractors and reviews architectural and engineering drawings
- Develop proper administration of construction contracts
- Tracks and controls construction schedule and associated costs
- Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Ensure to secure all supplies and materials needed for the project site.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope, reviews deliverables
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering with relevant Major/ Grad.
- Project Management certificate is an asset.
- Experience Min. of 15+ years preferred in the Engineering/Construction industries.
- Demonstrated skills in prioritization and time management to ensure that the project reports are timely compiled and workload is managed effectively within agreed time frames and deadlines.
- Good Communicates skills .
- Ability to work under pressure and coordinate numerous activities and groups of people who need to cooperate to achieve maximum efficiency.
