- Optimize CSRs performance from both a quality and efficiency perspective
- Communicate to the client any missing tools or policies for CSRs to perform their duties.
- Provides statistical and performance feedback and coaching on a regular basis to each team member.
- Addresses disciplinary and/or performance problems according to company policy.
Job Requirements
