Job Description
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
Job Requirements
- For an international company in Alexandria "Executive secretary" is needed from 0-2 years of experience in the same field
- University Bachelor's Degree (preferable) in Commerce - English section
- Demonstrated management and organizational skills.
- Fluent language skills (verbal and written) in the Arabic and English language.
- professional use of computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
