Job Description

  • Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned
  • Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
  • Handle and prioritize all outgoing or incoming correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Job Requirements

  • For an international company in Alexandria "Executive secretary" is needed from 0-2 years of experience in the same field
  • University Bachelor's Degree (preferable) in Commerce - English section
  • Demonstrated management and organizational skills.
  • Fluent language skills (verbal and written) in the Arabic and English language.
  • professional use of computers and MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
