Job Description
- As a Product Manager you will be responsible for building and creating travel packages products. for our customers.
- This includes all aspect of the package (Destination, Duration, Daily itinerary, Activities, theme ...etc).
- The packages usually are outgoing packages around the world, and must be built and match Arab travelers in MENA region needs, culture, and satisfy families and Honeymooners for a joyful and safe leisure trips.
- This packages most be built with considered it can be executed with DMC's and/or online travel suppliers.
Responsibilities:
- Building Travel packages from scratch.
- Research the global touristic destinations.
- Provide advice on various travel destinations.
- Monitor market changes and trends for Arab tourists in MENA.
- Provide information on Group trips, and communication with the entities that will provide these services for travelers.
- Provide management with details of FIT packages that can be organized anywhere in the world, which include full itineraries and duration of the trip.
- Find the best hotels and resorts in terms of location and evaluation of guests bearing in mind that the hotel costs are appropriate.
- Determining travel routes between cities in every touristic destination or tourism program, whether by air, sea or rail.
- Provide information on transportation routes between stations or airports to the hotel is required.
- Doing a tour as a platform for integrated include hotels and transfers, trains and planes (for domestic flights)
- The actual cost of these programs are specific and well-known set prices.
- Offers counseling and advice by the proposed profit for each program according to the prices offered in the competition web sites.
- Selects tourist attractions and additional tours that can be displayed on the customer.
- The progress of the program by ensuring efficient Thread required to avoid any errors that might hinder the program path.
- Preparation work for the new tourist destinations reports.
- Advising management of the best ways and means of presentation packages and marketing of tourist programs.
- Keep an eye on competitors in market and track the market trends.

- Good knowledge of various destinations (especially Europe and Far-East)
- Ability to use online booking systems (e.g. DOTW, HOTELBEDS ,etc..)
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers for best deals.
- Self Motivated and ability to work in competitive environment.
- Previous experience as tour operator or contracting is a plus.
- Living near Nasr City is an advantage.
Qualifications & Experience
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree or attended/completed at least 4 years of college course preferably Tourism or any Travel related courses.
- Minimum 3 year travel industry experience.
- Experience using PC and internet
- Experience in handling individual/corporate clients for the travel industry.
- Advance skills in MS Office Applications specifically Word and Excel.
- Superior customer service skills with previous training in this category (preferably with certificates)
- Strong international routing knowledge and well versed in world geography.
- Knowledgeable in the travel industry terms and concepts.
