Job Description
- Assist from the administrative support and the office management aspects.
- Handling and organizing meetings inside and outside the company.
- Responsible of the filing & documentation system.
- Assisting and organizing schedules.
- Receiving calls & handling clients/customers.
- Coordinates between the general manager and the clients, team members and other potential communications.
- Dealing with general manager's incoming emails and replies for necessary and urgent issues.
- Notify the general manager with all important and urgent emails that needs his decision.
- Screening phone calls, inquirers and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Arranging travel, visas and accommodation for general manager and traveling customers.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English is a MUST and it's non-negotiable.
- Females only.
- Presentability is a MUST.
- From 3 to 5 years of experience.
- Basic Internet research skills.
- Details-oriented/ eye for details.
- Proofreading capabilities.
- Organizational skills.
- Strong and mature personality.
- Accountability, integrity and responsibility are a must.
- Ability to stay over-time.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office.
