Job Description
- Gather Requirements, analyze, validate and make verification.
- Ensure that requirement statements are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable.
- Adopt Business and System Analysis industry best practices.
- Document process using Business Process Model and Notation.
- Translate requirements of the client into highly technical specifications in brief.
- Determine the potential solutions and testing them for both technical and business compatibility.
- Develop projects feasibility reports.
- Assist the programmers and developers through designing, coding, testing, deploying, maintaining, and supporting client initiatives.
- Plan and design test plans of the proposed software solution.
- Assure test cases compliance before conducting software testing.
- Keep his knowledge up to date with technical sector developments in the industry.
Job Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent degree.
- Able of using TFS to add system feature and creating test plan.
- Able to create test cases.
- Able to Run manual test cases and follow up bugs in TFS.
- Can Differentiate between UI and Functional and Performance Requirements and Bugs.
- Interact extensively with users and project sponsors.
- Critically understanding clients' existing operations and systems.
- Minimum 3 Years of Experience as Business Analyst.
- Excellent communication & presentation skills.
- Excellent in English language speaking, writing and listening.
- Strong analysis and troubleshooting.
- Capability in planning, time management and organization.
- Able to work under pressure and under a lot of priorities and many of the tasks to be delivered at specific times.
- Dynamic personality.
- Good experience in eTransformation and Process Automation projects.
- A strong understanding of web-based application delivery.
- Process-Oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail and accuracy.
- High availability to travel.
- Male is a MUST.
- CBAP "Certified Business Analysis Professional" is a MUST.
- Professional Business Analysis "PMI-PBA" is highly preferable.
