Job Description

  • Maintaining, maintaining and processing the company's accounting books.
  •  Create, maintain, maintain and process journals, ledgers and worksheet. 
  • Handling of financial documents and asset preservation.
  • Writing a daily report to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with an explanation of the reason.
  • The financial accountant is responsible for keeping all records of the quality models for the human resources procedure and all his work is subject to internal review .
  • Verifying that the funds allocated for specific purposes are not used except for the purposes specified for them.
  • Preparing for the payment of salaries and wages for the company's employees and all compensation and bonuses issued in accordance with fundamental decisions.
  • Handing over the accounts of the stakeholders' entitlements and working to pay them, organizing payment orders, disbursements, checks and bank transfers, and delivering the necessary documents to the accounts official to make the accounting entries .
  • Writing a daily report to show what has been accomplished and what has been postponed, with an explanation of the reason.
  • Granting advances in accordance with legal principles and working on recovery as soon as the reason for which they were granted is removed. 
  • Preserving the original copies of contracts signed by others and paying their stamps duly during the legal period, as well as keeping the guarantees and securities provided by others and keeping records for them.
  • An annual inventory of goods and fixed assets Dealing with taxes of all kinds • Issuing financial reports regularly and with a high degree of accuracy.
  • All of the aforementioned must be done according to the official procedures approved for the Financial Department.
