  • The successful Account Executive will have a strong focus on the retail Forex industry but must also be able to serve Equiti’s other markets. Qualified individuals will be selling a broad range of financial products and services to a diverse international client base and will have their own book of clients. Previous industry experience is a must

 As an account executive, one can only succeed if you are a quick learner and dynamic. Our deals are not simple and our customer's expectations are very high. You have to be able to follow the transaction all the way from its opening to its final destination each and every time. 

 Minimum qualification: 

  • Drive to succeed.  
  •  Sales skills and previous experience in the Forex, CFD or Financial Industry is a must, preferably someone with the book of Foreign Introducing Brokers, Money Managers, and customers.  
  • Knowledge/Skills/Competencies are required as well as a minimum of two years of experience
  • Ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative sales environment that is fast-paced and subject to frequent change and to work effectively as a member of a team and share best practices, as well as a strong individual contributor. 
  •  Knowledge of the organization's operations, products, and services. 
  •  Established skills with the software used (PowerPoint, Windows, and customer relationship management software) on a day-to-day basis. 
  •  Keeping abreast of the industry, competition, its people, and products. 
  •  Self-disciplined, self-motivated - requires minimum supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills.  
  • Stay on top of the local and national economy and financial markets activity. 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of and established relationships within the forex industry  
  • Knowledge of traditional as well as contemporary B2B sales tactics and strategy.  
  • A deep understanding of the industry’s issues, a vision for its growth and a commitment to advance Equiti Group strategies within the marketplace 
  •  Fluency in another language is a plus.  

Essential experience:

  • Experience in the Forex industry (retail markets).  
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Advanced Excel skills 
  • Sales skills and previous experience in Forex, Futures, On Exchange Equities, Options, and CFD products as well as MT4, or equivalent trading platform knowledge is a must.  
  • The ideal candidate must have a book of Foreign Introducing Brokers, Money Managers, and customers. 
  •  Ability to thrive in a challenging and collaborative sales environment that is fast-paced and subject to frequent change and to work effectively as a member of a team and share best practices, as well as a strong individual contributor. 
  • Knowledge of the organization's operations, products, and services. 
  • Established skills with the software used (MT4, PowerPoint, Windows, and contact management software) on a day-to-day basis. 
  • Keeping abreast of the industry, competition, its people, and products. 
  • Takes Initiative and drives process proactively.  
  • Enjoys working with a team and numerous international customers and stakeholders 
  • High level of personal and professional discipline.  
  • Open to feedback and eager to grow and learn. 
  • Self-disciplined, self-motivated - requires minimum supervision, well organized with good follow-up skills.
