Main Duties:
- Coaching the team individuals and training them about the products.
- Building a good coaching environment.
- Generating reports on CRM and reporting to management.
- Produce and understand training materials.
- Teach new skills or business systems to employees.
Job Requirements
- Not less than 6 months Experience as an Instructor
- Not less than 6 months Experience in Call Center
- Good presentation and communication Skills
- Knowledge of the CRM system and Ability to Deal with it
- Excellent English ( speaking and writing )
- Good Usage of the MS Office ( Word, Excel,outlook and power point)
- Knowledge of QA scoring system
