Job Description

Main Duties:

  • Coaching the team individuals and training them about the products.
  • Building a good coaching environment.
  • Generating reports on CRM and reporting to management.
  • Produce and understand training materials.
  • Teach new skills or business systems to employees.

Job Requirements

  • Not less than 6 months Experience as an Instructor
  • Not less than 6 months Experience in Call Center
  • Good presentation and communication Skills
  • Knowledge of the CRM system and Ability to Deal with it
  • Excellent English ( speaking and writing )
  • Good Usage of the MS Office ( Word, Excel,outlook and power point)
  • Knowledge of QA scoring system
