Job Description
- Formulate Administration plans and prepare the budget.
- Develop Administration policies and the procedures.
- Monitor the implementation of the company's internal regulations and management decisions.
- Review and monitor the processes of social and medical insurance for all employees and follow-up any relevant issues.
- Review and monitor the records of the attendance sheets of employees including all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval.
- Follow up the periodic, daily reports.
- Follow up the completion and the processing of all paperwork related to new comers and retired personnel.
- Follow up the employees' complaints.
- Ensure proper management of staff amenities and occupational and health safety.
- Manage office and factory administration duties; security and services which include canteen, gardening, transportation and other facilities supporting functions.
- Supervise the maintenance and upkeep of factory renovations and buildings.
- Ensure compliance with the local laws and regulations relating to various registrations and environmental regulations and maintain a good relationship with government departments.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- From 10 to 15 years of experience in Administration Field (minimum 5 years of experience as a manager)
- HR Certificate is preferable.
- Good communication Skills
- High Computer skills
