Job Description
Motor Insurance Experience is a Must to perform the following tasks:
- Receive claims from client for settlements.
- Send claims to the insurance company and follow-up
- Keep record of pending and settled claims
- Follow up on fleet of cars in terms of type, accidents, insurance and so on
- Communicate with external suppliers and insurance companies through phone, emails and visits
- Collect all needed information to ensure the claims are reimbursed on time and with the right amount
- Ensure client satisfaction by regular follow ups, visits and service delivery
- Attentive to motor insurance guidelines to make sure that nothing is out of order
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Commerce, Management or any other related field
- 2-4 years of proven experience in the same title
- Males Only
- Availability of valid driving license
- Attentive to details
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent communication skills
