Job Description

Motor Insurance Experience is a Must to perform the following tasks:

  • Receive claims from client for settlements.
  • Send claims to the insurance company and follow-up 
  • Keep record of pending and settled claims 
  • Follow up on fleet of cars in terms of type, accidents, insurance and so on
  • Communicate with external suppliers and insurance companies through phone, emails and visits
  • Collect all needed information to ensure the claims are reimbursed on time and with the right amount
  • Ensure client satisfaction by regular follow ups, visits and service delivery
  • Attentive to motor insurance guidelines to make sure that nothing is out of order

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree of Commerce, Management or any other related field
  • 2-4 years of proven experience in the same title
  • Males Only
  • Availability of valid driving license
  • Attentive to details
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Client- oriented
  • Hard worker and efficient
