We're hiring a highly talented UX Researcher to join the team developing WUZZUF and make it an even better and awesome platform to help even more people getting hired at top companies.
Interaction Design and User Experience (UX) are at the forefront of everything we do. The job of a UX Researcher is to envision how people experience our products and bring that vision to life in a way that feels inspired, refined and even magical.
This requires you to collaborate closely with teams of Designers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process—from crafting user flows and wireframes to building user interface mockups and prototypes.
You admire great web/mobile platforms and sites that have great usability and sophisticated intelligence built in a very simple form. Sites like Amazon, Gmail, Netflix, Tripadvisor, Spotify, Quora. We're looking for a UX Researcher:
- Who develop high-level and/or detailed storyboards, and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and prototype ideas.
- Can concept on the fly and collaborate with anyone to get things done.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience
- Gauge the usability of new and existing products and making constructive suggestions for change.
- Participate in user-experience research and usability studies.
- Who believe UX is meant to solve real problems people have every day.
- Deliver innovative, engaging prototypes using the latest technologies.
- Have awesome Writing skills: You need to be able to express yourself clearly as you will write specs and User flow for Engineers
- Validates UX decisions from insights about user behavior through analytics, user testing, screen recordings..etc
Job Requirements
You MUST have experience or strong knowledge on the following topics: Mobile experience, web forms, usability, lean startup, customer satisfaction, agile development, web analytics.
- Demonstrated 3 years of experience in crafting usable digital interfaces.
- Experience in User Research and User Testing studies.
- Up-to-date with the latest UX trends and techniques
- Experience making wireframes and user flows
- Experience in building effective navigation patterns for consumer-facing products
- Experience with A/B testing and Multivariate testing
Other requirements:
- Passionate about Startups. worked at Startups OR participated in Startup Weekend or similar events.
- Aware of web and mobile app technologies and platforms... Most importantly front end ones, HTML, CSS, JavaScript... No coding experience needed.
