Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer systems ( Linux , Microsoft , MAC).
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software errors.
- Configuring VoIP phones (IP phones, Soft phones).
- Talking staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the telephone, to help set up systems or resolve issues.
- Contact suppliers and update company inventory with new assets.
- Logging customer/employee queries.
Job Requirements
- 1 Year Experience (Talented Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
- CCNA would be preferred.
- Self-Learner, with very good search skills.
- Very Good Communication Skills.
- Adaptive to new technologies.
- Work with minimum provisioning.
- Team Worker, with a good task prioritization abilities.
- Ability to handle tasks under pressure.
- Working on a task till final completion.
- Strict compliance to Standards and Procedures.
