Job Description
Educational Focus:
- Sets school and pre-school vision and culture per Educate Me bigger vision
- Ensure that learners have the knowledge skills and values of Educate Me
- Follow up on comprehensive educational annual plan
- Evaluate and manage the execution of different programs and initiatives in schools and pre-school
- Evaluate school and preschool performance based on targets/goals
- Co works with innovations team / Head of curriculum to understand needs and communicate feedback
- Keep parents involved and informed about kids educational state
Administrative Focus:
- Work on school/pre-school annual budget and implementing it
- Create and review policy and procedures
- Managing school and preschool administration: books, learner’s administration facilitators administration
- Co works with community coordinator on community engaging events and parental events
People Management and Capacity Building:
- Hire school and preschool staff
- Observes Classroom quarterly
- Manages Community school supervisor and Preschool supervisor
- Delivers training, workshops and coaching to the team
Job Requirements
- Education: Professional Educational diploma or Master in Education leadership is a must.
- Specialized knowledge: Educational and School Management
- Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in managing schools and minimum 3 years of teaching
