Job Description
- Recruiting qualified freelance translators; posting for jobs online, receiving CVs and conducting interviews for vendors (directly, by phone, or via the Internet).
- Communicating with Project Management team in order to receive consultancy and report the latest updates.
- In charge of handling the out-sourcing process.
- Coordinating Business to Business cooperation with external vendors and negotiating pricing plans and capacities to support marketing and production management sales plans.
- Receiving and handling requests from Project Manager, Sales and marketing teams to recruit and place new vendors\translators into on-going projects.
- Coordinating between vendors and project managers for resource allocation and project specifications.
- Planning of QA tests; examining resources and monitor development of the resources database on frequent bases.
- Supervising all vendor relations: finance, risk management, problem solving, administrative issues.
Job Requirements
- The ability to work to cover US time zone (from 4:00 pm to 12:00 am).
- University Degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment
- Able to learn new software applications.
- Understand how to link between different Software.
- Excellent of both written and spoken English.
- Very good business writing skills.
- Very good communication and negotiation skills.
- HR Certificate will be plus
