Job Description
- Maintain smooth work flow and provide support for sales team by:
- Maintaining accurate filing system.
- Answering customers’ inquiries and performing the necessary follow up with sales team
- Performing various clerical duties like: typing correspondence,… etc.
- Updating customers’ database after the sales engineers’ field visits.
- Processing invoices for all sales transactions.
- Processing staff time sheet.
- Providing clerical assistance to sales team in tenders and sales proposals.
- Communicating with suppliers inside or outside EGYPT
- Provide support for Company’s marketing activities by:
- Participating in exhibitions preparations and arrangements according to the company's approved procedures.
- Preparing advertisements, company brochures, giveaways … etc.
- Working on company’s branding system & online marketing through the website and social media.
- Systems responsibility:
- Own and keep updated sales data related to ERP/Sales systems
- Coordinate with the sales personnel to collect information for records keeping and for generating daily engineers’ sales reports.
- Generate accurate monthly “Sales Indicators” on the Sales System.
- Quality Duties
- Update Sales department ISO procedures to match the current working procedures.
- Coordinate with the quality department for following up the work cycle of:
- Customer Surveys.
- Customer Complains.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in administration from a reputable
- Min. 5 years experience in administration position for sales or customer service filed.
- ERP/CRM systems Knowledge
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of English
- Communication skills (written, oral, listening)
- Organizational skills & ability to handle number of projects in same time.
