Job Description
- Responsible for all maintenance activities (breakdown maintenance, and preventive maintenance).
- Diagnose breakdown problems.
- Implement maintenance plans, strategies, procedures and methods.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs.
- Make all reports about the Maintenance operations
- Manage the Maintenance team to ensure that they perform their tasks according to the procedures.
- Perform day to day total productive maintenance.
- Supervise maintenance plans of utilities equipment (boilers, air compressors,.....)
- Maintain a safe working environment and food safety standards.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: From 5 to 10 years of experience in the maintenance and projects of food industries (preferable to be in cake and bakeries products)
- Preferable knowledge of bakery machines (ovens, proofers, flow wrap m/c,.....)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical equipment (such as but not limited for (belts, bearings, gearbox, burners, lubricants,....)
- Electrical and electronic knowledge is a plus (drives, motors, automation,....)
- Good English Language

- Able to work under stress
- Organized

- Monufya (Sadat city) Resident is obligatory, or available for relocate.
