- Managing correspondence.
- Implementing and maintaining office system.
- Setting up and maintaining filing system.
- Answering phone calls.
- Operating office equipment such as printers, copiers,fax machine etc.
- Preparing & updating clients contact database.
- Following up opportunities.
- Arranging registration files and assisting in preparing offers and supporting sales Engineers in office environment.
- Sharing responsibility for ISO Procedures, audit & certificate.
- Responsible for some HR procedures.
Job Requirements
- College graduate, with 0-2 years professional experience.
- Excellent command of English.
- Strong admin, communication and computer skills.
- Females ONLY.
- Heliopolis & Nasr City residents are preferable.
