Job Description

  • Managing correspondence.
  • Implementing and maintaining office system.
  • Setting up and maintaining filing system.
  • Answering phone calls.
  • Operating office equipment such as printers, copiers,fax machine etc.
  • Preparing & updating clients contact database.
  • Following up opportunities.
  • Arranging registration files and assisting in preparing offers and supporting sales Engineers in office environment.
  • Sharing responsibility for ISO Procedures, audit & certificate.
  • Responsible for some HR procedures.

Job Requirements

  • College graduate, with 0-2 years professional experience.
  • Excellent command of English.
  • Strong admin, communication and computer skills.
  • Females ONLY.
  • Heliopolis & Nasr City residents are preferable.
