Main Duties:
- To supervise the sales team working on chilled dairy.
- To support the team into achieving the set targets.
- To develop the sales team and make sure to grow their outcome.
- To report the targets met and steps taken to the direct manager.
- Resolving conflicts between the team and motivate the employees.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 5 to 7 years experience in FMCG food sales.
- 2 years experience in supervising a sales team.
- Very good command of English language.
- Very good leadership skills
