Job Description
- Coordinating/managing formal responses to Requests for Proposals (RFP), Request for Quotations (RFQ), and Requests for Information (RFI).
- Read, analyze and price shop drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
- Review project design data, technical drawings, specifications and plans
- Check drawings for conformity and accuracy.
- Provides accurate pricing for the different projects.
- Receive, review, disseminate tasks and follow up to ensure timely, accurate and fully responsive proposals are tendered.
- Document leads and opportunities using our CRM software.
- Establish, document and follow best practices for handling proposals.
- Design, build and maintain templates and a bank of common responses to FAQs by Service Line.

Job Requirements
- 8-10 Years of experience in the same field.
- Experience with contracting and construction.
