- Manage & motivate the sales executives to achieve sales targets efficiently.
- Completes sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers
- Negotiate deals
- Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the sales & analysis the Gap.
- Support Marketing Team via reports about competitors, prices & customer resources.
Job Requirements
- Experience in Real estate field not less than 8 years.
