Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- To ensure the highest standards of services are offered for all company's clients, & reinforce the company's image according to the required Customer Relations requirements.
- Answer all clients inquiries.
- Communicate directly with clients at the company's premise.
- To be aware of company's projects & attend all required training offered from the company to develop performance & skills.
- To revise clients contracts & validate all data are completed.
- Receive the technical/engineering modifications of project/s & direct to Customer Relations.
- To deal & handle professionally clients concerns & complains.
- Register all inquiries & complains of clients on company's CRM system.
Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills:
- 1-3 years experience in Customer Service preferably in Real Estate field.
- Good Command of English Language.
- Graduate of Bachelor degree or equivalent degree.
- Excellent Communications Skills.
- Presentable.
- Problem Solving competency.
- Team player & can work under pressure.
