Job Description
- Installing and configuring computer systems
- Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
- Evaluates system potential by testing compatibility of new programs with existing programs.
- Diagnosing and fixing problems or potential problems with the network and its hardware, software and systems
Job Requirements
- BS degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
- Cisco CCNA and Microsoft MCSA Certifications are Preferred
- Proven working experience in enterprise technical support, IT support
- Basic knowledge of Linux systems, utilities and scripting
- Knowledge of VOIP Technology Elastix ( asterisk ) VOIP system is Preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
