Job Description
Sales Representative - Real Estate, Net Salary + Commission:
- Present and sell company products to current and potential clients
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
- Prepare presentation, proposals, and sales contracts
- Establish and maintain current clients and potential clients relationships
- Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
- Schedule meetings, make presentations and site visits .
- Achieve assigned sales target
- Search for new customers and update database with new data and updating existing one
- Handling customers demand
- Answer calls of clients and call the expected clients to sell them the available projects
