Job Description
- Perform as project lead mentor junior staff and serve as the primary product manager.
- Work mostly involves requirement gathering, analysis and design, database modeling, UI design, documentation, presentation, and development.
- Will be responsible for code reviews, unit testing, and overall code quality.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of enterprise applications development with Java SE.
- Advanced & Excellent working Knowledge in RDBMS.
- Spring Framework , Jasper Reports , hibernate ,Ajax, Ice Faces, BI Tools (OLAP / Data warehouse).
- Ability to interface with huge databases with high performance is a must.
- Must possess excellent data modeling and SQL skills.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- A passion for fine-tuning applications, performance optimization and large scale end-to-end deployments.
- Strong written & verbal communication management skills require.
- Proficiency in business modeling and requirements definition disciplines through Unified Modeling Language.
- Ability to work under stress, with commitment to deadlines and quickly come up to speed on existing technologies.
- Familiarity with an Agile Software development process is a plus.
