Job Description
We’re seeking for an Secretary to take responsibility for the smooth running of our, dynamic office where your professionalism, initiative and office skills will be welcomed.
Your full-time role will include providing a full range of office management duties including day-to-day running of the office administrative issues with provision of administrative support to the Management Team in/out side Egypt.
Job Description:
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and office materials.
- Maintain Country Manager calendar.
- Prepare and maintain office expense report.
- Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences.
- Create and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
- Answer telephones and handle in appropriate manner.
- Photocopying, faxing, mailing, and filing.
- Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system.
- Research, price, purchase office furniture and supplies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Minimum 0-5 years of experience.
- Good organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent English, written and spoken.
- Excellent computer skills (Microsoft office) and Internet literate.
- HR Experience will be counted as advantage.
