Job Description
- Managing large amounts of incoming calls
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Support other teams with various administrative tasks (redirecting calls, disseminating correspondence, scheduling meetings etc.)
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Follow up with customers to identify areas of improvement
- Organizing stocks and maintaining inventory
- Monitor the ongoing company presence on social media
- Install and configure software and hardware (printers, network cards etc.)
- Preparing necessary paperwork for regular company procedures
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Provide general support to visitors & Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
- Monitor office supplies inventory and place orders
- Assist in vendor relationship management
