JOB TITLE: TRAINER
If you are the Trainer we are looking for, the communicative coach whose goal is to provide training and coaching for our new employees in order for them to become excellent Customer Service Advisors, then SYKES has an exciting job opportunity for you:

The main purpose of this role is to provide training to the new Customer Service Advisors joining the team in order to help them feel comfortable with the systems and procedures that we use on a daily basis, as well as providing refresher and updated training to our existing team.
What your responsibilities will be:
- Organise training and coaching schedule for staff
- Deliver content in a virtual hence distance learning settings
- Create a positive training environment that is welcoming and engaging
- Conduct effective induction
- Ensure employees can learn on the job in a safe nesting environment
- Work closely with the Operations team to be aware of any training and retraining needs
- Provide updates and reports on team performance when requested

Job Requirements
Experience, knowledge and skills required
- Excellent communication skills in Italian, both oral and written
- Fluent communication skills in English
- Ability to prepare and deliver high quality training in English
- Familiarity with iOS and/or macOS, or comparable technology, is preferred
- Proficient with spreadsheets, word processing software and working knowledge of computer operating systems, device networking and computer applications
- Strong organisational and persuasion skills
- Ability to connect with groups as well as individuals to ensure an engaging and effective learning environment
- Must be accredited to deliver account training per client specified Instructor Accreditation Program
