Job Description
Main Duties:
- Answering all clients inquiries & handle their needs, complains & comment under the supervision of the Client Relations Director.
- Monitor Client relations team performance and ensure the team follows established procedures of each service request.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to individuals within the team.
- Meet frustrated clients to handle their inquiries and complains.
- Submit weekly & monthly reports for continues evaluation on customer’s status to the client relations director when needed.
- Provide relevant clients feedback to the direct manager & to the right channels
- Provide client relations team with assistance in performing difficult or complicated duties.
- Report Client relations department activities to the Client relations Director, on a regular basis.
- Deal with all clients deal in a professional, positive & trust worthy manner.
- Preparing customer’s contracts and closing deals with customers by getting confirmation.
- Assist the Client in contract administration by providing support in interpreting contract language and analyzing contract baseline costs.
- Provide primary support for contract administration processes including performing reviews of proposals, reporting contract amendment status, tracking administrative contract amendments and maintaining correspondence control.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Law
- 5-7 years of experience in the same field
- Fluent in English
