Responsibilities:

Design and build advanced applications for the iOS Platform & Android platform
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Work with outside data sources and API’s
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.

Job Requirements:

4+ years of experience building Native Mobile applications(iOS and Android OS)
Proven software development experience and proven published original apps
Proven working experience in iOS Development & Android development
Experience with iOS & Android SDK
Experience in developing mobile applications with standard UI components, creating custom components and connecting applications to backend services
Solid understanding of how to consume Web Services especially JSON , REST and XML
Experience with SOA and Web Services APIs
Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle and experience in working with Agile Methodology.
Experience working with 3rd party SDKs for Analytics, Performance Tuning, Push Notifications and Campaign Attribution

Skills:

iOS specific requirements:

Proficient in Objective-C, Cocoa and Swift
Complete comprehension of memory management in Objective-C
Familiar with Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines
Stay current on changes to the App Store Review Guidelines
Fluent in using XCode and other development tools
Ability to create iOS apps utilizing new features from the latest SDKs while also maintaining backwards compatibility with older versions
Experience with creating widgets
Familiarity with developing apps for watchOS and tvOS

Android specific requirements:

Experience in developing applications for Android, with a strong understanding of the platform’s user interface (UI) design patterns
Android code profiling with DDMS utility
Fluent in using Android Studio, Eclipse IDE and other development tools
Excellent technical knowledge of Java for Android
Demonstrates strong experience/knowledge of the Android SDK
Ability to create Android apps utilizing new features from the latest SDKs while also maintaining backwards compatibility with older versions
Familiarity with developing apps for Android Wearables
