Job Description
- Product Development scientist develops consumer relevant generic and specific “value added” products.
- He/she will have the responsibility for the application of scientific principles to support existing processes in the factory and to continuously improve the Site Technical capability.
- Develop and Issuing raw material specifications, Packaging specification and finished product specification for the new products.
- Lead product design, Recipes developing, Key Quality Attributes and conduct trials for both product and packaging.
- Maintain and manage R&D lab and tools.
- Close working and co-operation with Marketing, Operations, Engineering and relevant agencies to develop products from concept to finished goods.
- The jobholder will have input into the definition of the manufacturing process for the products, as well as the safety and hygiene of the products.
