Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and follow up marketing support services for the company.
- Participate in the planning of marketing materials for the assigned unit by identifying communications needs.
- Follow up the production of marketing communication materials in various media in accordance with the integrated marketing plan.
- Create communication materials: that include all BTL activities from visuals, print POSM, Online, and direct marketing.
- Explore & apply new efficient trends of communication
- Lead & Develop brand content creation (in-house & out-sourced).
- Manage & Lead the communication calendar and integrated marketing plan on a timely basis.
- The role holder will work in coordination on other projects as assigned with the Marketing Manager.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and the event team to develop and deliver a comprehensive marketing plan, ensuring that attendance levels are achieved within budgeted expenditure limits.
- Produce and implement a marketing and promotional plan, including schedules for media, direct marketing and PR. This is to be fully-costed and showing measurable performance targets for each area of expenditure.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience: 4 - 5 years proven experience in marketing activities (agency experience is a plus)
- BSc/BA in marketing or relevant field

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven Event Marketing Experience
- A well-groomed appearance
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Marketing & sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- MS Office proficiency
- Fluent level of spoken and written English
