Job Description

  • Responsible for daily bus management and related administrative costs.
  • Daily check the cleaning of the company like conference room, meeting room, and check the fire equipment and energy use eliminate energy waste.
  • Manage the drivers and the cleaners and check their work.
  • Responsible for delegation’s reception, preparing conference rooms, office area reception supplies and so on.
  • Responsible for looking after the visitors.
  • Dealing with catering companies and get the best offers for food.
  • Manage and rotate the security officers at all shifts.
  • Other tasks are assigned by his manager.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in administration.
  • Very good command of English.
  • Professional knowledge of computer programs.
  • Very Good communication skills.
