- Responsible for daily bus management and related administrative costs.
- Daily check the cleaning of the company like conference room, meeting room, and check the fire equipment and energy use eliminate energy waste.
- Manage the drivers and the cleaners and check their work.
- Responsible for delegation’s reception, preparing conference rooms, office area reception supplies and so on.
- Responsible for looking after the visitors.
- Dealing with catering companies and get the best offers for food.
- Manage and rotate the security officers at all shifts.
- Other tasks are assigned by his manager.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in administration.
- Very good command of English.
- Professional knowledge of computer programs.
- Very Good communication skills.
