Guest Relations Supervisor

As we expand our holiday homes operations in Dubai, we are currently seeking motivated individuals to join our team with a solid background in the hospitality industry with proven experience at a reputable hotel chain

• As part of the team of property and guest relations supervisors, the role involves full management of operations of selected holiday homes in Dubai including but not limited to the following:
• Managing the full lifecycle of a booking including turning leads into confirmed bookings, managing pre-arrival, check in, during stay experience and post stay review and follow ups.
• Taking charge customer service related issues with guests for all properties assigned
• Facilitating guest communications through our CRM system and the management booking systems including management of direct advertisements
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with current and prospect guests, corporate clients and property owners.
• Directly managing and facilitating the process of checking guests into the holiday homes and following up with them before, during and after their stay
• Marketing properties through updating current advertisements in all channels
• Maximizing booking revenue through price adjustments based on market studies for the properties assigned.
• Assisting management in vendor management including maintenance, suppliers, cleaning companies..etc
