In only 2 years we have become the go-to marketplace with comprehensive access to healthcare providers of every discipline across a multitude of insurance purveyor and specialist networks using our proprietary digital cloud based solutions.

Vezeeta eased the accessibility of doctors’ booking to be only a click away. You access our website or mobile app to choose your doctor by specialty, geographic area, insurance purveyor and fees. With more than 20,000 patients’ reviews and ratings available on the platform, users can readily determine the doctor with the best medical service and the least waiting time. Once the doctor is chosen, the patient can either book automatically from the website, the mobile app, or contact the call center.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager for Healthcare Services. Your main objective is to acquire and retain more physicians into the Vezeeta network. You will be responsible for national sales team and you will derive the results through your team.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
  • Implementing sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
  • Maintaining sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Completing sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Maintaining sales staff job results by counseling and coaching employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.
  • Maintaining professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

Job Requirements

Our Ideal Candidate Has:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a science school, MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years’ sales experience in the healthcare segment in Egypt.
  • Worked in the healthcare field with proven track record in building KOLs and segmentation and targeting.
  • Successfully managed Medical Sales teams with experience in sales coverage models and quota setting.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities and problem solving skills.
