Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
Supervise closely the monthly payroll cycle, settlements, variables and changes.
Design basic compensation structures in the organization (Grading system, job evaluation system, promotion system, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.
Prepare job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications for each job based on Hay Methodology
Participate in salary and market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
Develop strategic rewarding strategy that fulfill organizational objectives.
Supports management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
To provide advice to management and staff on compensation issues

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
Proven working experience with Hay Methodology especially in job analysis and evaluation.
Fluent in English language.
Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation field.
Multinational experience is a must.
Ability to work independently, make decisions and take on responsibilities immediately
Excellent Analytical, teamwork and Communication Skills.
Adequate knowledge of current labor rules, taxation and local regulations
