Job Description
- Design, implement, and manage salary classification and compensation programs.
- Supervise closely the monthly payroll cycle, settlements, variables and changes.
- Design basic compensation structures in the organization (Grading system, job evaluation system, promotion system, etc) aligned with the corporate culture and the corporate values.
- Prepare job analysis, job evaluations and job classifications for each job based on Hay Methodology
- Participate in salary and market surveys to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Develop strategic rewarding strategy that fulfill organizational objectives.
- Supports management's decision making by analyzing benefit options and predicting future costs.
- To provide advice to management and staff on compensation issues
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
- Prior experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management
- Proven working experience with Hay Methodology especially in job analysis and evaluation.
- Fluent in English language.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in compensation field.
- Multinational experience is a must.
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and take on responsibilities immediately
- Excellent Analytical, teamwork and Communication Skills.
- Adequate knowledge of current labor rules, taxation and local regulations
