Job Description
- All Maintenance Activities and TPM follow up
- Control of GMES PM System.
- Installation of new machines and new equipment.
- Process improvement and waste elimination of time loss.
- Apply TPM for production line.
- Idle time control & improve.
- Apply OEE overall equipment efficiency.
- New Machine & equipment install.
- Improvement action plan & production line layout analysis.
- Industrial engineering members control.
- UPH increase for new models & study production neck points.
- Make analysis to ensure that the production flow maintain smooth and it works according to rules (Reporting to Head quarter).
- Make permanent and temporary countermeasure for production line stops.
Job Requirements
Experience:
- Classic Control knowledge is must, PLC Ladder programming skills
- Inverter knowledge, Pneumatic \ Hydraulics system, Machine tools and machinery types, TPM and Managerial skills
- Problem solving,Reporting Skills
Qualifications:
- B.Sc. Mechanical Engineering – (Mechatronics/production) Engineering
- B.Sc. Power Engineering – ( preferred automation background )
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Good English skills spoken and written
- Fluent in computer skills and software usage
- Fast learning and hardworking ability
- Self-motivation
- Continuous learning and development interest
