this role requires a high team working and solid communication, time management skills as you will be required to represent the firms’ management with all internal and external clients, with the below requirement:
- File, Archive each case documents by the archiving policy.
- Update cases’ file with any new documents, mailing...etc.
- Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file them.
- Maintain pleadings & discovery indexes.
- Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices.
- Provide all administrative support to the firm’s staff.
- Keep all incoming mails record up to date with all required data.
- Record all the firm out documents with a soft copy.
- Conduct the appropriate legal research (virtual, physical)..
Job Requirements
- A suitable university degree
- At least 3 years’ experience as a paralegal
- legal regulations & court system awareness
- Solid experience with MS Office
- Strong communicator and drafting skills
- Data Entry Management
- Good organizational skills
- Client’s satisfaction and services
