Job Description

this role requires a high team working and solid communication, time management skills as you will be required to represent the firms’ management with all internal and external clients, with the below requirement: 

  1. File, Archive each case documents by the archiving policy.
  2. Update cases’ file with any new documents, mailing...etc.
  3. Draft pleadings, motions and appellate documents and file them.
  4. Maintain pleadings & discovery indexes.
  5. Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, briefs and appendices.
  6. Provide all administrative support to the firm’s staff.
  7. Keep all incoming mails record up to date with all required data.
  8. Record all the firm out documents with a soft copy.
  9. Conduct the appropriate legal research (virtual, physical)..

Job Requirements

  1. A suitable university degree 
  2. At least 3 years’ experience as a paralegal
  3. legal regulations & court system awareness 
  4. Solid experience with MS Office  
  5. Strong communicator and drafting skills 
  6. Data Entry Management 
  7. Good organizational skills
  8. Client’s satisfaction and services
