Job Requirements
- 5-10 years of professional experience in an R&D or engineering environment, demonstrating a clear trajectory of success.
- Proven expertise in Development and Research methodologies within the science or engineering sectors.
- Strong Technical Leadership capabilities with experience at a Manager level.
- Exceptional Strategic Planning and Stakeholder Management skills to bridge technical and business needs.
- Hands-on experience with Product Design, Prototyping, and Data Analysis.
- Demonstrated ability in Innovation Management and conducting Feasibility Studies.
- A background in Market Research to support Business Development efforts.
- Must be based in or willing to work On-site in Cairo, Egypt.
