Job Description
- Outbound calls for our potential and existing customers
- Convincing customers with courses & workshops we offer
- Answer customers' questions about products or the company
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales
- following up with clients and solving issues that may face them
- recording customers' requests and inquiries to system for better experience
- Take and process orders in an accurate manner
- Achieving daily target of calls
- Achieving monthly target of sales
Job Requirements
- Years of experience (2 - 5) years is a must
- Working in Educational field is highly preferred
- Graduates are highly preferred
- October & Zayed residents are more preferred
- Active, energetic and friendly candidates are the best for this job
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints
- Able to work in a team or individually
