Job Description
- Increasing brand awareness and market share.
- Managing, monitoring, and setting goals for the marketing department, managing the work team, and working on team goals.
- Preparing and managing monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the Marketing Department.
- Maintain accurate information on the company website.
- Ensure that relevant systems are in place that helps the flow of communication across the team.
- Restructure the marketing department & scale the existing team.
Job Requirements
- AUC, GUC, MIU & BUE graduates Is a must Requirement.
- Marketing degree is a must.
- 8 : 13 years of experience in marketing.
- Experience in a marketing management role.
- Real Estate experience is a must.
- A metrics-driven marketing mind with a focus on creativity.
- Excellent skills in cooperation and teamwork.
- Ability to influence, and gain stakeholder support to get things done.
- Strong management, strategy, and vision skills.
- Ability to be skillful in an independent environment but with an emphasis on effective collaboration with multiple stakeholders.
- Fluent English is a must.
