Job Description
- As a Junior HR Officer, you will assist in a variety of HR functions, including:
- Supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes, including scheduling interviews and preparing documentation.
- Assisting in maintaining employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Supporting training and development initiatives by coordinating sessions and managing materials.
- Preparing HR reports, presentations, and analytics using tools like MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
- Assisting with employee engagement activities and events.
- Providing support in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with the HR team on ad hoc projects and tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- We are looking for a fresh graduate with the following skills and
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (HR major preferred).
- Very good English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and detail oriented.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
