Job Summary
The Key Account Manager is responsible for overseeing and growing key client accounts, ensuring long-term success and customer satisfaction. He / She will drive sales and profitability by developing strategic partnerships with key clients and ensuring that their needs are met through effective account management and solution selling.

- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts.
- Identify and drive sales opportunities within existing key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely manner.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop and implement strategic plans for key accounts.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, marketing, customer service) to deliver customized solutions.
- Monitor and analyze key account metrics to cross sell, assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Prospect for new business leads, conduct sales presentations, and negotiate contracts to secure new accounts.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
- Regularly engage with clients to understand their evolving needs, address concerns, and upsell additional products or services.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Account Manager or in a similar sales role within the engineering sector- Home Appliance is a Plus.
- BA/BS degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
- Fluent English Speaker
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence effectively at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
- Strong technical knowledge of engineering products and solutions.
- Experience with CRM software and MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.
- Excellent negotiation, listening, and presentation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Giza or 6th October Resident is a must
