Job Description
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job portals.
- Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events
- Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees
- Screen candidate’s resumes and job applications to get best calibers.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within schedule.
- Facilitate assessing the applicants’ relevant qualifications
- Send offer letters to accepted candidates in order to update the ER and Comp & Ben with the joining date.
- Provide induction programs to new employees to become fully integrated with the company.
- Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings
- Track hiring metrics including time-to-hire, time-to-fill and source of hire
- Build and report on quarterly and annual hiring plans
- Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports to the rest of the team to keep track of the recruitment progress.
- Host and participate in job fairs
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management or relevant major fields
- 5-7 Years of experience Minimum 3 years in constructions field is a must
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, and Power Point)
- Excellent Command of Arabic & English language skills
